Meet Steve Harris| Internal Sales, Virginia
Steve got his first job with an aluminium company in 1976 as a 15-year-old eager to learn all about the industry. He stayed at this company for 25 years where he proved his dedication and drive, by working his way up to factory manager and eventually owning the business.
In total Steve has 45-years of experience in all facets of Aluminium/Glass/Powder Coating and now office partition systems, and we are grateful to have that immeasurable knowledge on our side.
It’s this solid background that gives the confidence that he can solve most issues and requests from our varied customer base.
Meet Shane Heron| Technical Sales, Virginia
Shane Heron has a wealth of experience in the building industry – more than 26 years in total!
Shane’s resume is truly impressive, and includes a customer service role with a hardware supply company for more than a decade. He was also a state sales representative for a five-year-period for another well-known business which manufactured and sold sliding door tracks to timber and aluminium joiners.
Shane hones in on his extensive industry knowledge to uncover the best aluminium solutions for your project. Plus, he always strives to create positive experiences from customers who buy from Bris Aluminium.
Meet John Theron| Operations Manager, Virginia
John is a vital piece of the Bris Aluminium puzzle. He keeps the wheels in motion and ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly.
As our Operations Manager, John also scrutinizes standard operating processes to ensure Bris Aluminium only supplies the highest quality products out of both factories.
We’ve been lucky enough to have John on our team for more than 6 years. He takes every experience and as learning opportunity and always strives to improve our processes and quality where possible. John also has a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology (Software Engineering) and a Masters of Business Administration (Executive Mode).
