Introducing timber options to our cavity door lineup
Our cavity door slider is our flagship solution and has been used in thousands of projects nationwide. For decades, we’ve offered aluminium cavity doors (Supreme systems) that perfectly complement the slider, and in April 2024 we’re introducing a range of custom-made, timber cavity doors.
These custom-made, timber doors, are designed to offer a natural, warm alternative to our sleek aluminium options, without compromising on convenience or compatibility with our existing slider systems.

Our falcata doors have a solid construction with radiata pine rails.
2340 x 1050 x 35MM Polycore door
Our polycore doors are hollow and lightweight with radiata pine rails on all sides and an MDF face.
To save time on-site, we can take care of the cutouts for you in our factory before shipping. The following cutouts can be requested when you place an order:
- Bottom seal rebate
- Timber door cut back
- Door grille/vision panel
- Mortise lock
