With 14 years’ experience in the construction industry as a carpenter and foreman, we are thrilled to welcome Travis White to the Bris Aluminium fold in the role of General Manager.
We’ve been impressed by his drive and curiosity, and despite only being here a short time, Trav can be counted on to make everyone feel like a valued member of the family.

Who is Travis White?
Known for his friendliness, tenacity, expertise, and personality, Travis’ understanding of the fit-out world is extensive. He has experience that spans across all construction fields, from high-rise buildings to warehouses, fit-outs, shopping centres and residential homes. And it’s why he’s a gun when it comes to customer service.
He understands the needs of our customers like no other, because they were once his own. In fact, he worked as a carpenter and foreman for 14 years prior to Bris Aluminium.
Beyond his expertise, he’s cultivated a reputation as someone always willing to lend a helping hand, going above and beyond to help clients and work mates.
Favourite part of working at Bris Aluminium
Travis’ favourite part of his role is working within Bris Aluminium’s team environment. He loves the morale and comradery.
“I believe teamwork is essential to achieving success and working with everyone in the company to get the job done is a gratifying experience,” he said.
A day in his life
Travis is an early riser.
He likes to hit the gym before starting his work day. Post-workout, he commutes from the Gold Coast to be in the office bright and early at 6am.
Travis splits his time between the office and the factory floor, which allows him to stay connected with both sides of our operation.
When he clocks off for the day, he heads home to his wife and three kids, and it’s where he says “the real excitement begins”.
Hobbies and interests
Travis is a go-getter both in and out of the office.
When asked about what he does on a day off he says, “I love being active and making every moment count – from going to the beach with the family, football training, swimming lessons, karate and dancing.”
He continues, “I love anything outdoor and sports – with football (rugby league, AFL) and baseball amongst my favourite sports.”
Something most people don’t know
Travis is a baseball hotshot. He explains that, “After I finished high school, I attended college in America on a baseball scholarship. I spent two years there and was asked to stay for another four.”
Despite the offer, Travis decided to head back to Australia and “begin [his] working life.”
He elaborates on the reason behind prioritising his career was about looking to new horizons, “I like to challenge myself and set hard goals for myself. I enjoy meeting new people, listening to their stories and learning as much as possible from everyone I meet.”
